This workshop will examine key research on how mindfulness has been proven to be helpful for learning in the school setting, as well as beneficial for teachers and staff. Explore how in minutes a day it is possible to cultivate a greater sense of brain balance, peace, calm, clarity,and constructive distance from emotional reactivity.
